How long will my order take?
For online orders, the standard turnaround time for delivery is 7 days from your order arriving to our studio, excluding delivery time. If you select the express service, the turnaround time is 3 days from your order arriving to our studio, excluding delivery time. You can select the speed of your delivery time at the point of booking. For specific brand partnerships, you may be informed of the turnaround time during the booking process. Please note that complex alterations, and repairs that require custom materials to be ordered, may require additional time. If this applies to your order, we will notify you with an updated estimated delivery date.
