JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of our tailor team at our own studio, you’ll be working on repairing the ever popular knitwear. We receive items from high-end luxury to the everyday customer, and we seek to deliver excellence to all. We offer darning and reknitting services for visible and invisible repairs, and will be looking to soon add customisation / 'artistic' repairs.

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Excellent visible darning skills
• Able to repair through re-knitting as original (invisible mending)
• Experience in various types of knitting stitches

ABOUT YOU

• Ability to maintain high standards between each order, with excellent attention to detail and efficient working patterns whilst delivering on time for deadlines
• Good written and spoken English skills
• You love to problem solve and collaborate with others to come up with effective solution
• You ask questions when unsure and provide insights to any challenges you face

• Freelance option - £14 to £16 an hour
• Employment option - London Living Wage to £28k
