1.1 “Customer”, “you”, “your”: Refers to you, the purchaser of any Services.
1.2 “Service” or “Services”: Refers to any garment repair, tailoring, or alteration services offered by SOJO or its Tailors and booked through the Website or App.
1.3 “Tailor” or “Tailors”: Refers to SOJO's in-house or contracted tailoring professionals who perform the repair and alteration services.
1.4 “Studio”: Refers to the location where SOJO Tailors perform the Services.
1.5 “Website”: Refers to SOJO’s online platform at [sojo.uk] and any related booking system.
1.6 “App”: Refers to the SOJO mobile application, available on iOS and Android platforms.
1.7 “Brand Partner”: Refers to any business or commercial entity with which SOJO maintains a contractual or commercial relationship.
1.8 “Delivery Partner”: Refers to third-party companies responsible for collecting and delivering orders to and from SOJO and the Customer.
1.9 “Rider” or “Riders”: Refers to SOJO employees or agents who handle collections and deliveries within certain areas of London by bicycle.
2.1 SOJO provides garment repair, tailoring, and alteration services, facilitated through bookings made via our Website, App, or in-store.
2.2 The Services are performed by skilled professionals at our Studio, ensuring a high standard of quality and craftsmanship.
3.1 Upon booking a Service with SOJO, you enter into a binding agreement with SOJO for the provision of the Service.
3.2 SOJO assumes full responsibility for the booking, delivery, and quality of the Services rendered.
3.3 If an external service provider is required to fulfil an order, SOJO remains responsible for the outcome and quality of the Service provided.
3.4 For collection and delivery of items, SOJO uses both in-house Riders and external Delivery Partners. Refer to Section 7 for more details.
4.1 SOJO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
4.2 It is recommended that you review the Terms and Conditions prior to each booking.
4.3 Continued use of our Services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
5.1 Customers must ensure garments provided for tailoring or repair are clean and in suitable condition for handling.
5.2 If an item is deemed unfit for service, SOJO will offer the option of either returning the item or arranging cleaning at an additional charge.
5.3 SOJO reserves the right to refuse service for unsanitary items.
5.4 If a collection is scheduled, you must ensure availability at the designated time and location.
5.5 Repeated collection attempts due to the Customer’s unavailability may incur additional charges.
6.1 Customers may request changes or additions to an order after it has been placed.
6.2 Additional services will require payment of extra charges before the garment is returned.
6.3 If the Customer does not agree to a revised price following an amendment, SOJO reserves the right to charge for any collection or delivery attempts already made.
6.4 If the Service cannot be completed to your satisfaction, SOJO will offer a refund for any work not yet commenced.
7.1 Collection and Delivery by SOJO Riders: SOJO charges for these services and reserves the right to impose additional fees for missed collections or deliveries due to Customer error.
7.2 Collection and Delivery by Third-Party Providers: Once your order is in transit with a third-party Delivery Partner, they assume full responsibility for the items.
7.3 In the event of loss or damage during transit, SOJO will investigate the incident with the Delivery Partner and determine compensation if necessary. Compensation claims must be made within 14 days of the collection or delivery date.
8.1 SOJO aims for a standard turnaround of 7 days for completion of Services.

9.1 Payment for all Services must be made in full, in pounds sterling (£), via credit or debit card, PayPal, or any other third-party payment processor as specified by SOJO.
9.2 Payments are processed by third-party providers, and while SOJO strives to maintain continuous access to its payment systems, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted payment processing.
10.1 SOJO shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the performance of its Services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or reputation.
10.2 SOJO does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
11.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by English law.
11.2 You and SOJO agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
